Mr. Werner serves as the President of ThinkSynergy. He provides fractional CFO, COO, Supply Chain Management Services to SMEs as well as private equity investment advice to investors and private equity companies.
He has held three prior C-level positions as CFO and COO. He transformed companies into highly profitable, dynamic, global industry leaders. He has accomplished taking a company from being a start-up consumer products company into a dynamic, well recognized global brand in Europe, Japan, Australia, Hong Kong and across North America. Over a period of nine years, he grew the company at an average annual rate of 22% in revenue and a steady increase in profitability.
In his role as CFO, Mr. Werner maintained a full financial and accounting responsibility for all entities. He managed a team responsible for the month and year end accounting of three entities. He was principally responsible for the year-end audit relationship and audit procedures for the international subsidiary and handled transfer pricing and tax matters for all entities. Mr. Werner was in charge of the financial reporting and presentation of all entities to the board of directors. He developed a private placement memorandum for the purposes of raising capital from private equity investors and negotiated and managed all banking and loan relationships. He developed and implemented a complex financial forecast model covering three related companies, five global distribution facilities, retail stores and an ecommerce division.
With early career success in corporate finance, operations, and supply chain management. Mr. Werner has been a corporate turn-around and bank workout specialist. He is a strategic, results-driven executive with enterprise-wide strategic experience. He builds and develops senior management teams.
